Today, Prime Minister Trudeau and Minister Ng announced the launch of the Canada Digital Adoption Program, helping Canadian Businesses get online and leverage digital tech. This funding aims to help Canadian small and medium businesses (1 to 499 employees) stay competitive and grow by getting your business online, giving your business an e-commerce presence, or help digitalize your business's operations.

The Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) has 2 funding opportunities: Grow Your Business Online and Boost Your Business Technology.

Grow Your Business Online offers micro-grants of up to $2,400 and access to ecommerce advisors for businesses looking to grow their digital presence and take advantage of e-commerce opportunities.

Boost Your Business Technology offer grants that will cover up to 90% of the eligible costs of retaining the services of a digital advisor, up to a maximum of $15,000 to develop a digital adoption plan. Further, businesses have the opportunity to secure a 0% interest loan from the Business Development Bank of Canada to facilitate the acquisition of new technology.
