Cal Hawley has over 33 years of experience with the public service in Manitoba. During that time, he worked in and across the finance, health care, education and information technology domains in the Government of Manitoba. Cal is an innovative, adaptive leader with more than 17 years of management and leadership experience in technology and program and service delivery. A catalyst for positive change and fostering innovation through the effective and intelligent use of technology, Cal combines a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities of the public sector with effective stakeholder engagement across government, corporate executives, and external service providers. Cal has a unique skill set that marries technology and business management – the result of broad project experience combined with extensive program and service delivery management. Cal is a skilled communicator and relationship builder, whose core competencies include technology management and planning, coaching, procurement, and business continuity planning.
