Paul graduated from The University of Manitoba in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science. His nearly 30 year career in technology has seen him in roles as a programmer, technical specialist, project manager and IT leader. He has worked for and with businesses in such varied sectors such as Agriculture, Food Processing, Software Development, Health-care, Retail, Financial Services, Technology Managed Services and Technology Outsourcing.
He is past member of the Board of the Manitoba Chapter of the CIO Association of Canada, past member of the Novell Customer Council and past member of the VMware Commercial Customer Advisory Board. He has been featured in articles published in Edge Magazine, Baseline, IT World Canada, Dark Reading, Network World, The Globe and Mail, CIO Canada, InfoWorld, Computing Canada and ComputerWorld Canada.
Paul is recognized as an IT leader with experience across many areas of IT including strategic thinking, individual and team development, mentoring, coaching, recruitment and retention, vendor management, negotiating, compliance, disaster recovery, datacentre, cloud, infrastructure, telecommunications and customer service.

Kent is currently Vice President of the CIO Association of Canada Manitoba Chapter Board of Directors and is incredibly involved within the IT community in the Province of Manitoba.
